All purchases of E-Cash and virtual items are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases: unauthorized transactions with verified proof, technical errors that resulted in duplicate charges, service disruptions that prevented delivery of purchased items, or purchases made within 24 hours that have not been consumed or used.
Refunds will not be issued for: virtual currency or items that have already been used or consumed, buyer's remorse or change of mind, account bans or suspensions resulting from Terms of Service violations, or purchases made more than 30 days ago.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The actual time for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
To request a refund, contact our support team through Discord or WhatsApp with your account ID, transaction details, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
